Based on our principles of security, affordability, and accessibility, we offer peace of mind knowing your booking is secure and your vehicle is in safe hands.

By choosing Parking Booking Ltd T/A Your Travel Extras, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions, governed by English law and applicable upon receipt of your booking reference. The jurisdiction of the courts in England shall apply.

1. Making Your Parking Booking

Parking Booking Ltd serves as an agent for selected car parks featured on our website. Your parking contract will be directly with the chosen car park and will be governed by their respective Terms & Conditions. Please familiarize yourself with the Terms & Conditions of each car park, as they may include exemption clauses and liability limitations. (Full details of each car park’s Terms & Conditions are available from the individual car park).

2. Before Making a Parking Booking

Our website provides comprehensive and accurate information about each parking option available. With over 400 car parks nationwide, we offer a diverse range of options subject to potential changes. It is essential to review the details of each parking product before booking to ensure it aligns with your requirements and budget. Refund claims due to insufficient information provided in the product details on the website cannot be accommodated.

3. Arriving at the Car Park

Upon confirmation, you will receive all necessary documentation to access the chosen car park.

Entry/Exit Procedures:

  • Failure to follow correct arrival/entry or exit procedures or failure to present your booking voucher may result in charges imposed by the car park. Parking Booking Ltd cannot obtain refunds on your behalf.
  • Please ensure you arrive at the car park with ample time to spare. We are not liable for missed bookings, flights, or other issues resulting from tardiness.

Park & Ride/Shuttle Services and On-site Parking:

  • Please ensure you have:
    • Directions to the car park.
    • Telephone number of the car park.
    • Booking Reference and/or Booking Confirmation Voucher.
    • The credit or debit card used for the booking (some car parks automate entry and exit using the credit card).

Meet & Greet/ Chauffeur Services:

  • Any booking errors or late arrivals resulting in delays may incur an administration charge, typically £10, payable immediately. Please review product surcharges.
  • Please ensure you have:
    • Directions to the airport.
    • Chauffeur's contact number.
    • Arrival procedure details as stated on your booking voucher.

Possessions and Keys:

  • Some parking services may require you to leave your ignition keys for efficient service. Please remove all possessions from your vehicle, leaving only the necessary keys/codes.
  • Before leaving your vehicle, ensure it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed, and has a valid MOT if applicable. The car parking company's drivers are fully insured by the service provider.

4. Collecting Your Car

Car parks accept liability for proven acts of negligence. Claims for Park & Ride and Meet & Greet options cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the site. Therefore, it is essential to inspect your vehicle before leaving the car park or terminal and report any concerns immediately.

5. Amending/Cancelling Your Parking Booking

We understand that circumstances may necessitate changes to your booking. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that there are no amendment or cancellation charges applicable with Your Travel Extras.

6. Parking Complaints Procedure

In the event of a problem at the car park, inform the provider before departing, as complaints are more challenging to address once your vehicle has left the site. If dissatisfied with the provider's response, submit any outstanding issues in writing to Parking Booking Ltd within 10 days of your return date. Include detailed information about your complaint.

Limitation of Liability

Parking Booking Ltd's total liability to the client for any claims arising from website use is limited to the cost of the client's booking, including parking and booking fees paid to [email protected]. We are not liable under any circumstances for factors beyond our control that prevent contract performance, including war, riots, terrorist activities, natural disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, etc.

Modification of Terms & Conditions

Parking Booking Ltd may modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. You agree to the terms and conditions at the time of your booking.
